Formwork carpenter • Dinwiddie County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Dinwiddie County, Virginia. You will be based on a residential tower site. You should have: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings On the job you will handle: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
