Great opportunity: groundworker (Illinois)

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundworker in Montgomery County, Illinois. You will work on a high-rise construction site. On the job you will handle: • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Full-time with occasional weekends.
