MIG/MAG welder • Goliad County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Goliad County, Texas. The role involves: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
