Control panel electrician — Montgomery County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a control panel electrician in Montgomery County, Illinois. You will be based in a power distribution substation. Your main tasks: • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop • Install LED fittings, ceiling fans and exhaust fans • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable • Fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels What we are looking for: • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use 1+ years on the tools preferred.
