Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Golden Valley County, Montana. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
