Machinist — Schuyler County

Join our team: we are hiring a machinist in Schuyler County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Part-time with flexible hours.
