Cake decorator • Pulaski County, Arkansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Pulaski County, Arkansas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 5+ years on the tools preferred. $4,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
