Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Boone County, Indiana. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $200 per day, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
