Electrical maintenance fitter • Long County, Georgia

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrical maintenance fitter in Long County, Georgia. You will work in a power distribution substation. The role involves: • Check earth continuity and earth pit resistance • Fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Dress and terminate wiring inside control panels • Pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands Ideal candidate: • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate Six days a week, one day off.
