Now hiring: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Union County, New Mexico. The role involves take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action. Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills 6+ years on the tools preferred.
