Chef de partie wanted in Towner County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Towner County, North Dakota. You will work at a fast-food outlet. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
