Formwork carpenter wanted in Las Animas County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Las Animas County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings 2+ years on the tools preferred. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
