Reinforcement fitter — Cass County

Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Cass County, Minnesota. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. The role involves fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. Ideal candidate: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
