Head baker wanted in Herefordshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Herefordshire, England. You will be based in a bread factory. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
