We are recruiting: gas pipe fitter (New Jersey)

Join our team: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Somerset County, New Jersey. You will work on residential and apartment building sites. You will purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant. You should have: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Driving licence for travel between sites 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
