Carpenter wanted in Lenoir County

Now hiring: we are hiring a carpenter in Lenoir County, North Carolina. You will be based on a commercial fit-out site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers On the job you will handle: • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
