Back-of-house cleaner — Gadsden County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Gadsden County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $130 per day plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
