Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Oji-River, Enugu State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. ₦225,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
