Production line operator wanted in Cheshire East

Join our team: we are hiring a production line operator in Cheshire East, England. The job is in a packaging factory. You should have: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Your main tasks: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges 5+ years on the tools preferred.
