Great opportunity: we are hiring a tile mason in Sanilac County, Michigan. You will be based at a bathroom renovation job. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage Day to day you will match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
