Forklift operator — Pleasants County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a forklift operator in Pleasants County, West Virginia. The job is at a container loading yard. Day to day you will charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely; log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book; keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit; read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit; operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles; pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner. Requirements: • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks • Willing to wear steel toe-cap boots and hi-vis • Minimum 1-2 years' warehouse forklift experience $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
