We are recruiting: powder coating sprayer (Wisconsin)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Buffalo County, Wisconsin. You will be based on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
