Your main tasks: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Confident with standard crane hand signals Rotating shifts.
