Counter butcher • Nkanu West, Enugu State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Nkanu West, Enugu State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
