Join our team: argon welder (Indiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Lawrence County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion Requirements: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
