Floor screeder wanted in Nottingham

We are recruiting: we are hiring a floor screeder in Nottingham, England. What we are looking for: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet Day-to-day duties: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer £2,900 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
