What we are looking for: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Strong attention to safety and load limits The role involves: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands Rotating shifts.
