You should have: • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Neat, well-groomed appearance Day to day you will handle cash and card payments at the counter; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up; restock shelves and arrange the product display; follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp; negotiate prices and close the deal.
