Safety marshal — Hale County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety marshal in Hale County, Alabama. You will work at a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites The role involves run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
