Vacancy available: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Shiawassee County, Michigan. You will work at a shopping mall. On the job you will handle: • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door • Log every visitor and vehicle in the duty register Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
