Urgent requirement: back-of-house cleaner (Montana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Prairie County, Montana. You will be based at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 1+ years on the tools preferred.
