Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Callaway County, Missouri. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
