Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass cutter in Troup County, Georgia. The job is on a construction site. Your main tasks: • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points Requirements: • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Able to cut glass accurately to size $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
