Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Douglas County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board You should have: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Rotating shifts.
