Ideal candidate: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Day-to-day duties: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
