Urgent requirement: we are hiring an auto painter in Torfaen County Borough, Wales. You will work at a busy body shop. Day-to-day duties: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
