Scaffolding charge hand wanted in Borough of Rochdale

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Borough of Rochdale, England. You will work on an industrial refinery shutdown. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Able to read basic scaffold drawings On a typical shift you will fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level. 4+ years on the tools preferred. £3,050 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
