Powder coating technician • Butler County, Pennsylvania

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Butler County, Pennsylvania. The job is at an automotive components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime 1+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
