Now hiring: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Kuban, Kaduna State. The job is in a heavy machinery workshop. The role involves guide loads through tight openings into their final position; read lift plans and method statements before starting; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles ₦175,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
