Now hiring: we are hiring a cold room technician in Canadian County, Oklahoma. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds On the job you will handle: • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
