Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Adair County, Iowa. The job is at a shopfitting company. Your main tasks: • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Own basic hand tools Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
