Toolroom milling operator wanted in Greene County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Greene County, Iowa. The job is in a die and mould making unit. What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work The role involves measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts.
