Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in Hutchinson County, Texas. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
