You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
