Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Saline County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
