Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage The role involves fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses.
