Join our team: we are hiring a single needle operator in Knox County, Texas. The job is at a busy garment factory. On a typical shift you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. Requirements: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
