Scullery hand wanted in Allegan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Allegan County, Michigan. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
