Production welder wanted in Coles County

Join our team: we are hiring a production welder in Coles County, Illinois. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding On a typical shift you will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
