Vacancy available: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Gallatin County, Kentucky. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Willing to work shifts and overtime • ITI in welder trade or equivalent You will grind back and re-weld any defective runs; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator.
